Yes. All products have been lab tested and also put through trial periods before being added to our website. We continue to upload lab tests to the site over time.

No, we do not have a minimum requirement at this time.

We only ship domestically within the USA at this time.

We try our best to make sure orders are processed within 2 days. Once shipped, transit time is usually 3 days delivered to your door. If its a weekend, it may be 4-5 days delivery time. Weather and other factors can also affect this. If you notice that your order is very delayed, please contact us.

After completing the checkout and submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email (sometimes found in spam folder) with the payment link to finalize the order. The payment processor accepts debit and credit cards. Don’t worry, it is safe, vetted and secure. Please leave your name and order number in the payment note. Once completed, your order status will update and you will receive a tracking number once its available.

Please check the spam folder for the email if its not in your primary. A lot of times our website emails are forwarded to spam. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will manually forward it to you.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or your order was missing an item, we will reship a replacement for you. Please provide a photo with the damaged item. If you made a purchase and the item is now out of stock, we will offer you an alternative substitute item or refund you for that. If there are no legitimate issues then most orders are made final and non refundable. It depends on the matter. Please contact us if you are experiencing trouble with an order.
